Launch of the Resilience Imperative

The binary between "peace" and "war" has dissolved.

We launched the Resilience Imperative on 24 March 2026 to alert the nation to the threat of the undeclared,  hybrid war. While traditional battlefields remain, a persistent, undeclared hybrid war is being waged against the United Kingdom in the shadows. From cyber-attacks and arson to election interference and infrastructure sabotage, hostile state actors—primarily Russia—are actively working to disrupt our daily lives.Founded as a flagship DSF campaign, the Resilience Imperative is a non-partisan, not-for-profit collective of leaders from business, private capital, and the military. Our goal is simple but vital: to shift the national consciousness and build a public mandate for a more resilient Britain.Security is no longer just a government responsibility; it requires a collective, informed national effort.
